Manuel Ojeda Cabral is a Research Fellow in the Institute for Transport Studies at the University of Leeds.

For his Ph.D thesis, Manuel investigated how people value changes in their journey travel time, e.g. valuation of travel time savings. His work covered a series of theoretical and empirical issues, focusing on the current methods employed in several European countries to estimate national values of time.

James Fox

James Fox is a former PhD student of the Institute of Transport Studies at the University of Leeds. He is now a Research Leader at RAND Europe. For his PhD thesis, James explored the issue of temporal transferability, and focused his empirical research on mode-destination choice models. The empirical research was generally supportive of the notion that models if this type are temporally transferable.
